Vacancy: EOI for Consultant

The Government of Fiji is committed to strengthening disaster risk reduction, climate resilience, and public safety through the development of a comprehensive, people-centered Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (MHEWS).

To support the establishment of an integrated and end-to-end MHEWS, Live & Learn Fiji is working with the Fijian Government and looking for a consultant to compile and consolidate existing information and develop a national roadmap that aligns institutional, technical, operational, and communication systems.

The consultant will report and work closely with:

National Disaster Risk Management Office (NDRMO);

Live and Learn Fiji

Relevant Government Ministries and Departments;

Telecom Fiji Ltd;

Development partners and technical agencies.

This is a short term for 12 – 14 weeks beginning in September 2026.
