Live & Learn Environmental Education Fiji (Live & Learn) is seeking to recruit a Gender & Resilience Officer to be based in Suva, Fiji.

Live & Learn Fiji is a local non- government organisation (NGO) aiming to reduce poverty and foster greater understanding and action towards a sustainable future through education, community mobilisation and supportive partnerships.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of working experiences with an extensive knowledge in the following:

  • Gender Equality Disability & Social Inclusion,
  • Child Protection and
  • Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Harassment (PSEAH) in development projects and humanitarian action.

We are looking for a suitable candidate that has:

  • demonstrated work experience with a focus on strengthening organizational & community resilience and consideration of Climate Change impacts and Nature base Solutions, knowledgeable of the Fijian culture and tradition,
  • excellent facilitation skills,
  • ability to work within a team with flexible hours.

The potential candidate must have at least a social science degree.
