The Project targeted people living in rural, semi-urban and urban locations who had been economically and socially affected by COVID-19, especially women, youth and adolescents, persons with disabilities and the LQBTI+ community to:

  • establish sustainable and diverse livelihoods; and
  • meet their protection needs.

The Project team delivered suite of interventions based on assessment:

  • capacity building
  • provision of resources, technical advice & demonstrations
  • access to longer financial support
  • social services like counselling and ongoing mentoring
